Polini enriches its range of products specifically designed for Yamaha TMax scooters.

With this new clutch kit Polini wants to satisfy all users of both the Tmax 500, eager to have a clutch always at the peak of its efficiency on any type of track with a handsome, reliable and safe set-up.

The clutch consists of discs equipped with a metal support and a coating made of friction material which has been formulated after extensive testing to better suit the characteristics of the TMax scooter. It consists of a mixture of new fibers that can transmit all of the power of the enginewhilst bearing the highest working temperatures without ever seeing a loss.

To give even more grip to your scooter the kit is supplied with two different sets of clutch compression springs with two different loads easily recognisable by their colors: white zinc plated and yellow zinc plated. It's a kit designed to improve and optimize the performance of the clutch coupling and increase the rpm over the original unit before the clutch engages.

White zinc plated springs: clutch coupling 3000 rpm, clutch slippage 5500 RPM.

Yellow zinc plated springs: clutch coupling 3200 rpm, clutch slippage 5500 RPM.

The Polini clutch kit ensures a better power output at every speed, burning starts without penalising the modulation of the clutch. These improvements provides a constant optimisation of the transmission even when the clutch has undergone a long and arduous workout with the maximum of stress placed upon it.
