The Magneti Marelli variator roller kit, code MRU0009, contains 6 rollers in special plastic and aluminium, wear-resistant and made to ISO quality standards, with characteristics equivalent to the original parts.

When to replace it

Worn or flattened rollers make the variator work badly: lazy acceleration, vibration and reduced top speed. A new kit brings back the standard response.

Fitting tips

Take the variator apart, replace all 6 rollers together and check the seats are clean. While it is open, check the belt too.
