Kit MRU0011 contains 6 Magneti Marelli variator rollers 19x17mm of 8.5 grams. They are made of special plastic and aluminium, wear-resistant, produced to ISO quality standards with characteristics equivalent to the originals.

When to replace it

The variator is the heart of the scooter's transmission: with worn rollers the belt works badly and power reaches the wheel unevenly. Changing the kit brings back smooth progression and quietness.

Fitting tips

Take the variator apart with the right tool, replace the rollers and reassemble to the manufacturer's tightening torque. Clean the seats while you are in there.
