Activation and fitting
- Take out the acid pack and remove the strip of caps from the battery
- Place the container on the battery's filler holes and press: the acid flows into every cell
- Leave it to rest for about an hour, then close it with the supplied cap strip, pressing it fully home
- Finish charging with a suitable charger and connect the positive first, then the negative
How to choose the right battery
Check three things on the original battery: the code, the dimensions and the position of the positive terminal. A battery of the same capacity but with reversed polarity does not connect properly to the vehicle's cables.
