Fairing guard Evotech Street Defender for Honda CBR 1000 RR 06-07

This kit was born after several tests. The goal was to protect the CBR 1000 RR ‘06 at the best, without making any modification to the original fairing for the fixing. We tried many solutions and in the end we decided to produce a kit whose brackets come out in the crossing point between the upper fairing and the lower one. We decided to make the kit in this way because: - the sliders are positioned as near as possible to the barycentre of the bike, in order to better balance the bike during a fall, -on the 2006 model the frame is very close to the fairing, we have added in the kit two spacers which distance them of about 1 cm in order to realize two very strong and short brackets taking advantage of the solidity of the anchorage fairing – engine . The aesthetic hasn’t been compromised because the eye won’t notice the difference, -thanks to the double anchorage for each brackets , we have avoided that during a rough fall they can rotate and damage in a catastrophic way both engine and fairing. We must underline how, during the most part of the falls, on this particular bike the components which would be damaged are the engine covers(completely made of magnesium and very expensive). Thanks to the position chosen and to its strength, our Kit can protect the CBR 1000 2006 at the best. Compatible with: - Honda: CBR 1000 RR 06-07_M
